Design and Manufacturing of Rubber Valve Disc Molds
This product is a cast-iron valve disc coated with NBR (Nitrile Butadiene Rubber). The manufacturing process begins with a specialized mold designed and manufactured by Temco Industrial Group for the cast-iron component. Once this stage is completed, the preheated NBR rubber is prepared for molding and is then molded using a second dedicated mold designed and manufactured specifically for this purpose. The molding process is carried out precisely to ensure that the rubber completely covers the surface of the cast-iron valve disc.
Due to the critical sealing function of the valve disc, high manufacturing and dimensional accuracy is essential. Precise measurement and mold design ensure uniform rubber coverage and reliable performance of the finished component.
