Rubber Valve Disc Mold

Rubber Valve Disc Mold

Design and Manufacturing of Rubber Valve Disc Molds

The Rubber Valve Disc Mold is designed for manufacturing a cast-iron valve disc coated with NBR (Nitrile Butadiene Rubber). The process begins with a dedicated mold designed and manufactured by Temco Industrial Group for producing the cast-iron valve disc.

Once the cast-iron component is completed, the NBR rubber is heated and prepared for molding. A second dedicated mold, specifically designed and manufactured for the rubber coating process, is then used to mold the rubber around the valve disc so that it completely covers the required surfaces of the cast-iron component.

Due to the important sealing function of the valve disc, high dimensional accuracy and precise mold manufacturing are essential. Accurate measurements and proper mold design ensure uniform rubber coverage and reliable performance of the finished component.

Temco Industrial Group specializes in the design and manufacturing of industrial molds, providing precision tooling solutions for various rubber and industrial applications.
