1. Engineering & Tooling Development
Part geometry, ID, OD, thickness, tolerances, material requirements and annual production volume are reviewed before developing the appropriate mold configuration.
2. Multi-Cavity Mold Production
Multi-cavity tooling can be evaluated for suitable higher-volume projects where the geometry and production requirements support it.
3. Controlled Silicone Molding
Molding temperature, pressure, cure time, and other process parameters are controlled according to the selected silicone compound and part geometry.
4. Inspection & Post-Curing
